Transferring Outlook 2003 Details To Outlook 2007

Microsoft Outlook is a popular application employed in many business firms because of its easy accessibility and ease of use. Exporting Microsoft Outlook 2003 Contacts

Importing contacts from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007

• Open the Microsoft Outlook 2007 application by double clicking its shortcut icon or by accessing the Start menu. From there, click the option named Tools followed by clicking the option labeled Import and Export. Now an Import and Export window will be opened in your screen. From the list of options available, choose Import Internet Mail and Addresses, followed by clicking the Next button. 
• From the list, select the option labeled Personal Folder File. Next, click the Next button and then click the Browse button to find the exported Outlook 2003 file. Once located, open that file by clicking the Open button. 
• Next, select Import Internet Mail and Addresses, followed by clicking the Next button. From there, select Outlook Express and click the button named Next. It is needed to make sure that the box corresponding to Import mail and Import Address book is checked. 
• This will export the Outlook address book details from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. Selecting the Do not import duplicates option will make sure that there are no duplicate entries in the exported data.
