Instructions
  •       Disable User Account Control
In order to disable User Account Control, navigate to Action Centre (Control Panel>System and Security>Action Centre). Set it to Never Notify. This will speed up the installation process, as well as the launching of various applications.
  •        Maximizing the Power Option
Set the Power option to high performance. To do this, navigate to the Control Panel and then choose Power Options>High Performance. If your computing device is working in AC power, it is recommended to set the system performance in its optimal.
  •        Disabling Hibernation Mode
If you are using a desktop or do not want the computer to save power, it is better to turn it off rather than switching to the hibernation mode. You can disable the Hibernation mode by entering the command powercfg.exe/h off in the Command Prompt. Ensure that you launch the command prompt as administrator.
  •        Remote Settings
Disable all the options for remote assistance. To do this, navigate to the Remote tab (Control Panel>System and Security>System>Advanced System Settings>Remote Tab). However, if your computer is under remote control by a different device through internet, do not disable this option.
  •        Visual Performance
By reducing the visual performance, you can enhance the system performance. For this, go to the Performance Settings and uncheck every option. If you want to keep video and image thumbnail preview, leave the option show thumbnails instead of icons checked.
  •        Disable Windows Feature
Certain Windows Features are unnecessary and take up boot time. Disabling such features, you can speed up your system performance. For this, navigate to Control Panels>Programs>Programs and Features>Turn Windows features on or off. Be reminded not to disable the NET Framework as it is used by many applications.
