As these messages have no appropriate positioning or styling, they are not compatible with CSS. To address this issue and be able to read these messages in Plain Text format, work out the following steps.
• Go to the File menu and choose Options from the dropdown menu.
• In the Options section, select Trust Centre followed by Trust Centre Settings.
• In the new dialogue box labelled Trust Centre, you will see a section titled Read as Plain Text. In this section, select the two consecutive options that say Read all standard mail in plain text and Read all dignitary signed email in plain text. This will enable both options. Click OK to save the changes you have made in the settings and exit the window.
