Many
business entrepreneurs and organizations use Microsoft Outlook – a popular
email and task management application developed by Microsoft, to connect and
transfer information between them.
Microsoft
Outlook also allows Microsoft
Exchange server users to share their calendar events with other existing
users. Every existing user on the network can view the shared calendar, so that
the members can see upcoming appointments or meeting notes. In order to share
the calendar feature in Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007, you have to make some
changes in the Outlook
Settings. Read on to know more.
